Fitzpatrick Grand Central - New York

Air-conditioned hotel unit in the floors above the pub;))

The room I stayed in was spotless and complete with twin beds and WiFi, as example. The service was top-notch, the breakfast was incredible.

Very clean and tidy Hotel in an excellent location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We have stayed at the Fitzpatrick Grand Central before and would definately stay there again. It's good value for money for a New York...  

Beds are amazingly comfortable (for those liking soft beds). Bathroom is very nice with luxury soft towels and quality products. For New York the room is also decent size for the hotel's rates.

Housekeeping do not work at night. Getting certain things, such as an additional comforter is impossible for the night staff to access. Was disappointed that it was asked for on the booking but never provided. Although usually it would not have been a problem during the day.

Central location, at a walking distance from Times Square. Based so close to replaced with the cheapest shower imaginable, the pub like Abdou and St Patrick's Cathedral, Times Square, and Bryant Park Christmas market. Free of charge breakfast with a wide array of hot/cold...

I liked the size of the room and the bed. It was also very clean and well serviced.

The receptionist asked a personal question to my partner and I about bed sharing (will you be sharing a bed, because the room only has one) which I thought was a bit abrupt and unnecessary. I was already aware that the room had only one bed.

The room was very charming and a good size for Manhattan

The second night was far too expensive and the staff were nice but did not always respond to requests

Compared to other hotels in convenient locations in Manhattan, this one is nicely appointed, clean, renovated. The hotel offers room service, a restaurant in the hotel and the convenience of going elsewhere is desired. I loved it that the front desk called up after I had...

Great location near Grand Central. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room felt cramped for two guests. Would recommend.

Pleasant efficient staff, small but cozy room with operating windows for fresh air. Clean and well maintained hotel with a nice Irish themed (what else?) bar and restaurant. We had a meal there and the food was ok....  

This was our 4th stay at the Fitzpatrick Grand Central. We always find that the rooms, hallways, and lobby are clean and well maintained. It's location next to Grand Central is a tremendous advantage for us....  

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Manhattan. My room was spacious, with a cozy sitting area. The staff were friendly. I really appreciated the complimentary drinks at the bar which added a nice touch....
